We then looked at completing orders after customers were quoted, this meant a responsive mobile friendly design was needed to be created that kept in keeping with their new design direction. The solution also allowed customers to use it as a packing list, while creating insurance quotes on the fly. We also simplified customs and excise forms, with a step by step approach. By reusing information already stored, forms became easy to complete and could be saved at vital stages, meaning a large time segment didn’t need to be dedicated to complete what was once a laborious task.
