Over the years at Web Style we have had the opportunity to work on many exciting projects, below are a few recent projects.
Seven Seas Worldwide contacted us regarding reviewing their quoting system, to make it more user friendly so not to confuse potential clients. We then looked at completing orders after customers were quoted, this meant a responsive mobile friendly design was needed to be created that kept in keeping with their new design direction. The solution also allowed customers to use it as a packing list, while creating insurance quotes on the fly. We also simplified customs and excise forms, with a step by step approach. By reusing information already stored, forms became easy to complete and could be saved at vital stages, meaning a large time segment didn’t need to be dedicated to complete what was once a laborious task.
Alcaline came to us with a new requirement for their vehicle tracking. The Navman tracking system needed to be utilised and expanded to create bespoke xml for their clients, allowing for the tracking location of shipments from start to end.
Through the use of the Navman API and preset Geofences, we were able to create a system with an automatic tracking process. Although a complicated process happens in the background, a simple and user friendly interface was created to allow the client to manage vehicle tracking without any technical complexity.

The French property market is unique and does not directly correlate to the UK market. The way that estate agents deal with vendors and buyers is very particular. Due to the nature of these requirements, a huge understanding of how the system was to be established had to be achieved. We worked seamlessly with the client to deliver this solution to bring the French property market in line with current UK housing portal offerings.
Web Style has worked closely with Palmstead over the years to create several versions of their online ordering system. The third version offers more functionality with live stock control and mobile compatibility. Through the years Palmstead’s web offering has grown from strength to strength allowing them to become one of the largest wholesale nurseries in the UK, in addition to being able to become the main supplier for the 2012 Olympics.
We originally built the first Smart Aupairs UK, au pair and family matching and management system, in 2008 which is still going strong and manages the UK arm of the business. Since then the business has expanded to Australia. The new version uses a WordPress front end with an administration system developed to seemingly integrate with InfusionSoft, which provides communication with their huge range of au pairs and families to be fully automated. This allows them to focus on making sure the correct families are in contact with correct au pairs. The result is a business that is customer focused and streamlined due to the bespoke matching and communication tools in place.
We work with a variety of clients all across the globe – all with unique requirements, most of which require an in depth understanding of their particular market segment.
